My Story...
Thanks for visiting my site! I'm Amber Smith, the founder of Believe The Empowerment Company. I have a true passion for helping people. In the fall of 2018, I found myself unable to avoid hearing the little voice that continued to speak about starting Believe. After working in HR for over 14 years, I realized that while I enjoyed my position, company of employment and the people around me I wanted to invest myself in a dream of my own. While traveling, mentoring and working in HR I learned so much about myself and my gift to empower. Uplifting people to be better, to reach higher and to strive for more are a few pieces I love the most.
I’ve learned a lot through my life alone by facing some of the worst experiences. I’ve been taught to change my perspective, have gratitude and accept the opportunities to grow. Not every lesson was as easy as it sounds but one thing through it all remains consistent…I made it through! No one is exempt from the challenges of life but there is nothing like having a personal cheerleader to help coach you through it.

With the workforce exposure to people, career development and life consulting I was able to connect to my passion. Although workplace restrictions were in place to mitigate risks when speaking to someone personally; many wanted to avoid the thought of me holding back to meet their need. It’s a pleasure supporting in that capacity however knowing I couldn't be as transparent as I chose kept me from delivering what my soul desired. After long and hard meditation, prayer and revelations I decided to step out on faith to do what I do best.

There is a strategy between behaviors and habits to get a desired result. One thing I believe people take for granted is the thought of encouraging thy self. I understand some do not have this naturally and others allow it to fade due to the normal distractions of life. In 2018 life began to be so uncomfortable that I could no longer make excuses or silence the loudest noise in my head. I accepted the calling to launch Believe, The Empowerment Company. I've never been so happy and nervous all at the same time.
Words can't fathom the thoughts, emotions and nerves that run through me. I'm launching a personal dream but a vision from God. I welcome you to witness a God given gift that will not leave you disappointed. Let me be your personal cheerleader and empower you through life to help discover your best self.
