Hello...
I'm Jennifer Johnson Mitchell
Marriage is a beautiful thing! It can also bring heartache, fear, frustration, confusion, misunderstandings and anger. Or, life just happens! With over 11 years of marriage, a blended family, being a career mom, and managing my own self-care routine I admit it has been a daily challenge to ensure it doesn't get the best of me. I've learned it's up to me how I respond.

While I've enjoyed my marriage and embraced everything that comes with it, I'm aware many others may not be able to say the same. Some deeply love their partners and communicate effectively and others haven't felt much of anything positive toward one another in years. Marriage is work! I have matured and learned from my marital relationship. Every couple at some point will face conflict but with great focus and intentional actions you can overcome challenges to come out better, stronger and happier than ever.

There is no blueprint - every marriage is different. Let me help guide you from conflict to connection. I can assist you and your partner to discover how to thrive in your relationship. There should be comfort in knowing you don't have to go through this alone.

I have a desire to help others so I am expanding my support from just marriage classes to individual sessions.
